BuyMemoryFoamPillow accepts the following payment methods:

PayPal:

For memory foam pillow purchases, PayPal offers secure checkout. Complete your pillow order in seconds with bed memory foam products and sleep essentials protected.Select the PayPal option during checkout and log in to your account to complete the payment.After payment, you will receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and our store.If you encounter issues or need to provide additional payment details about the transaction of memory foam item or pillow products, contact us immediately at service@buymemoryfoampillow.com with your memory pillow order number, payment amount, and PayPal transaction ID.

Credit Cards:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover You have to enter debit/credit card information in each transaction. We do not save your debit/credit about buying pillow item or memory foam product information on file. BuyMemoryFoamPillow  is not responsible for any conversion fees or foreign exchange fees associated with international memory foam pillow orders.

Payments for memory foam pillow cannot be split between multiple credit cards. All cards must have a valid security code.

Payment Failed, Do not honor

"They do not honor" or "Invalid Service Code" messages indicate that the customer card’s issuing bank will not validate the transaction of pillow item or memory foam product purchased on our website and provide an authorization code. Essentially, it means that the credit card being used for the memory foam pillow transaction has been completely rejected by the issuing bank.To resolve the issue, you must contact the customer credit card’s issuing bank and obtain a verbal authorization code for the transaction. After obtaining the authorization code, you can then capture the transaction manually.

Common memory foam pillow payment issues:
• Pillow orders declined by bank
• Mattress product purchase flagged as unusual
• Sleep memory foam accessory security holds

We will recommend you call the number on the back of your card and talk to the customer representative of your bank, please let them know you are trying to place an order online and request them to approve the transaction.
